This RFS will be issued to address the need of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division who is seeking solutions that would successfully integrate existing autonomous air vehicle platforms and advanced communication prototypes allowing for secure tactical communications between multiple similarly configured platforms and provision networked data capabilities.  The Government will evaluate the solutions with the intent of awarding an Other Transaction (OT) agreement in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 4022.
