Description:

This RFS will be issued to address the need of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division in support of OUSD R&E DASD P&E Maritime Domain Portfolio is seeking solutions for multi-mission operability and survivability requirements while also being capable of prescribed communication and detection methods. The Government is requesting two different low cost, unmanned maritime prototype solutions (1A & 1B) that vary in overall length and corresponding capabilities. The Government will evaluate the solutions with the intent of awarding an Other Transaction (OT) agreement in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 4022.

Each Prototype Solution requires a separate submission in BIDS.
