This Request for Solutions (RFS) is seeking to the development of a prototype business process to support technology identification, modeling and simulation, experimentation and assessment of multi-domain autonomous systems in order to implement innovative technological solutions for the creation, design, development or demonstration of operational utility.  The Government will evaluate the solutions with the intent of awarding an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) in accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 4022.
